Questionnaire

1. Presentation Boards: New Community Sports Grounds & New Community Pavilion

As shown on these boards, the Anson Trust is proposing new Community Sports Grounds and a new Community Pavilion at Hyde Copse. What new facilities do you consider are needed by the village?

2. Presentation Boards: Anson Field Options

Do you support the Trust's plans to finance the construction and long‐term maintenance of these new community facilities through the sale of some or all of the Anson Field?

3.

The Anson Trust and Taylor Wimpey are looking at various options for Anson Field, as shown on the presentation boards. The Trust is considering what proportion of the Field might be developed, as the amount of land for new homes at the Anson Field would affect the amount of funding available for the construction and long term maintenance of the new community facilities. Please state your preferred choice and give us your views on the three options shown.

Option A.

New homes to the southern part of the site, with more than 50% of the site as public open space sited at the northern part.

Option B.

New homes within a larger proportion of the site, with central areas of open space (which raises additional funding for the Trust).

Option C.

New homes to the northern part of the site, with more than 50% of the site as public open space sited at the southern part.

4.

The new homes could offer a range of smaller or larger properties. What type of housing do you consider there is greatest need for within the village?

5. Presentation Boards: Design Options for the New Homes

The presentation boards show three possible options for the architectural design of the new homes. Please state your preferred choice and give us your views on the three options shown.

Option A.

Traditional village homes.

Option B.

Traditional village homes, in a more contemporary style.

Option C.

Contemporary homes.
